The purpose of this Personal Data Management Policy is to inform Users of the manner in which Maisons & Hôtels Sibuet manages the personal data of users of its websites, whether or not they are customers (hereinafter "Users").

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED VIA THE MAISONS & HOTELS SIBUET BRAND WEBSITES
Purpose: To enable the user to receive exclusive offers from each of our hotels.
- Data collected : E-mail address
- Legal basis: Performance of a contract. Necessary for our legitimate interests (to enable the user to receive our best offers, on the site).
Purpose: To enable the user to be called back or recontacted by our reservation/concierge/marketing/press services, by the Domaine de Marie sales department or by Pure Altitude (depending on the nature of the need).
- Data collected: Surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number (optional)
- Legal basis: Performance of a contract. Necessary for our legitimate interests (in order to answer our customers' questions, adapt our offers to their expectations, and expand our business).
Purpose: To enable the user to make a reservation and pay for it online.
- Data collected: Surname, first name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, credit card details, validity date, CVV code.
- Legal basis: Performance of a contract. Necessary for our legitimate interests (in order to book services, promote our products and services, develop them and expand our business).
Purpose: To enable our hotels and services to communicate with customers at various times during their stay.

- Legal basis: Performance of a contract. Necessary for our legitimate interests (in order to purchase products or book services, to promote our products and services, to develop them and to expand our business).
On each collection form, data marked with an asterisk is required. Otherwise, the User will not be able to access the services offered on our sites.

Purposes: To enable the User to submit an unsolicited application for a position with Maisons & Hôtels Sibuet. To enable Maisons & Hôtels Sibuet to contact the User again if his/her unsolicited application is accepted.
- Data collected: CV, cover letter, civility, surname, first name, email address, cell phone.
- Legal basis: Necessary for our legitimate interests (in order to recontact a person whose profile corresponds to a position within the company).
Purpose: To enable the user to apply for a specific job vacancy on the http://www.recrutement-sibuet.com/ website.
- Data collected: CV, cover letter, civility, surname, first name, email address, cell phone.
- Legal basis: Necessary for our legitimate interests (in order to recontact a person whose profile corresponds to a position within the company).
Data marked with an asterisk is required. Otherwise, the User will not be able to submit applications on the www.recrutement-sibuet.com website.
Article 4. Who has access to the User's personal data?
The only recipients of Users' personal data are :
- the relevant departments and employees of Maisons & Hôtels Sibuet (in particular: IT, sales/marketing, operations);
- companies assisting Maisons & Hôtels Sibuet in the operation and/or exploitation of the sites, and in particular the services and employees of the company hosting the sites. These companies are :

These structures only receive personal information that is strictly necessary for booking and calling back customers.
Article 5. What rights do Users have regarding the personal data collected?
The User has access to the rights detailed in Chapter III of the RGPD, including the following rights:
- Right of access to personal data collected on the Website and via the Application,
- Right to modify/rectify them,
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), unless there is a legal reason to keep it,
- Right to restrict processing, i.e. the right to ask us in certain cases to suspend the processing of personal data,

However, Maisons & Hôtels Sibuet would like to have a chance to respond to your concerns before we contact the CNIL. Please contact us first.
Article 6. For how long are personal data collected?
- History of stays and consumption: The personal data of customers who have not booked, stayed or consumed in one of our establishments is deleted after a period of 3 years. Consumption and stay data are anonymized and used for statistical purposes only.
- Bank details: Credit card numbers are automatically deleted one day after the customer's departure.
- Information on holiday participants: The personal data of holiday participants who have not booked, stayed or consumed in one of our establishments again will be deleted after a period of 3 years.
- Invoice data: Invoices are archived for 5 years.
- Return of satisfaction questionnaires: They are kept nominally for a period of 3 years, then used anonymously for statistical purposes.
- Recruitment data : CVs of candidates not recruited are kept for 3 years.
Article 7. How are personal data protected?
Maisons & Hôtels Sibuet is very vigilant about the security of personal data and takes all reasonable precautions to prevent any unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of personal data.
Personal data collected is stored by Maisons & Hôtels Sibuet or its service providers, and is protected by physical and electronic access controls, firewall technologies and other reasonable security measures.
Such measures cannot, however, prevent all risks of loss, access, misuse or alteration of the personal information collected. Where required by law, Maisons & Hôtels Sibuet will notify Users of any loss, access, misuse or alteration of their personal data, so that they can take the appropriate steps to enforce their rights. Maisons & Hôtels Sibuet will notify the User by e-mail or post, or by telephone if authorized by law.
The User is asked not to transmit payment information or sensitive information by e-mail or in sections not intended for this purpose (for example, sending a credit card number by e-mail).
You can choose which personal data you wish to provide to us.
Nevertheless, your decision not to provide certain data may alter your experience of our services. For example, we cannot make anonymous reservations and, if we are not authorized to disclose your personal data to hotels in our group, we may be unable to provide you with certain reservation or other services.
Similarly, if you do not authorize us to disclose your personal data to third parties, such as our hotels' subcontractors (ski school, car rental companies, etc.), we may not be able to provide you with all possible services or the provision of such services may be delayed. We will do our best to respond to your request as quickly as possible.

Article 10. What is a cookie?
According to the French Data Protection Authority (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés), a cookie is a piece of information deposited on the User's means of access by the server of the website or application visited.
A cookie contains several pieces of data:
- the name of the server that uploaded it,
- an identifier in the form of a unique number,
- possibly an expiry date.
This information is sometimes stored on an access device in a simple text file which a server accesses to read and record information.
